Viktor Yanukovych memenangi pilihanraya tersebut tetapi rakyat Ukraine tidak berpuashati dengan perjalanan pilihanraya yang dikatakan penuh dengan penipuan. Akhirnya, rakyat Ukraine keluar kejalanraya dan mendesak diadakan pilihanraya sekali lagi.
Revolusi Oren Ukraine tercipta apabila rakyat Ukraine tidak berpuashati dengan penipuan dan penyelewengan yang berlaku semasa pilihanraya. Akhirnya, pada December 2004, Mahkamah Agung Ukraine memutuskan pilihanraya diadakan sekali lagi.
Dalam pilihanraya yang diadakan buat kali kedua dan dipantau oleh pemerhati antarabangsa, Viktor Yuschenko memenangi pilihanraya tersebut.
Pembangkang Ukraine tidak dapat mengalahkan Viktor Yanukovich dalam pilihanraya. Yang berjaya mengalahkan Viktor Yanukovich ialah rakyat Ukraine yang turun kejalanraya.
Perkara yang sama juga berlaku di Tunisia, Algeria, Lebanon, Jordan, Sudan, Oman, Yaman dan Mesir. Pemerintah tidak akan dapat ditumbangkan melalui pilihanraya..tetapi jalanraya.
Semua kejatuhan kerajaan-kerajaan zalim dan penipu jatuh dengan cara yang sama. Tapi mengapa Indonesia tidak belajar dari kejatuhan Marcos? Mengapa Ukraine tidak belajar dari Indonesia? Menagap Tunisia tidak belajar dari Ukraine? Dan mengapa Mesir tidak belajar dari Tunisia?
Sebab semua pemerintah merasakan mereka akan dapat terus menipu kerana menyangkakan rakyat semua bodoh dan bangang dan tidak akan bangkit melawan.
Malaysia pun akan jadi macam itu. Umno dan Barisan Nasional akan terus menggunakan SPR untuk menipu kerana merasakan rakyat Malaysia tidak akan bangkit melawan. Umno dan Barisan Nasional akan terus menggunakan SPR untuk melakukan penyelewengan kerana merasakan rakyat Malaysia majoritinya bodoh dan bangang.
Bukan Umno dan penyokongnya saja yang berfikir macam tu. Ramai penyokong pembangkang juga berfikir revolusi tidak akan berlaku di Malaysia. Rakyat Malaysia tak miskin. Rakyat Malaysia tak ada sebab untuk turun kejalanraya. Rakyat Malaysia tak ada asas untuk memberontak.
Itu sebabnya mengapa masing-masing menunggu tarikh pilihanraya sebab masing-masing mahu menjadi YB..menjadi Menteri..malah ada yang sudah berangan nak jadi Perdana Menteri.
Rakyat Ukraine yang memberontak bukan pasai depa nak jadi ADUN. Rakyat Indonesia dan Mesir yang memberontak bukan pasai depa nak jadi pemerintah.
Rakyat dinegara-negara ini bangkit kerana mahukan perubahan… bukan setakat menukar kerajaan.
Bila Suharto jatuh..naik B.J Habibie. Habibie tak boleh tahan…turun. Naik Gus Dur…Gus Dur juga lebih kurang juga dan tak sampai dua tahun, Gus Dur pula digantikan dengan Megawati. Megawati juga tak boleh tahan dan di gantikan dengan SBY. Hanya SBY yang dapat bertahan lama manakala tiga pemimpin sebelumnya hanya dapat merasa nikmat memerintah hanya sekejap saja.
Viktor Yuschenko juga naik selepas Viktor Yanukovych dihumban melalui Revolusi Oren. Tapi Viktor Yuschenko juga akhirnya dihumban oleh rakyat Ukraine dan memilih kembali Viktor Yanukovych dalam pilihanraya 2010.
Rakyat Mesir yang menggulingkan Hosni Mubarak bukan kerana mereka mahu mengambil alih kuasa..tetapi mahukan pemerintah baru melakukan perubahan kepada sistem. Kalau serupa saja dengan pemerintah lama..maka pemerintah baru juga akan dijatuhkan.
Daim Zainudin dah kata bahawa BN akan hanya selamat di tiga buah negeri. Najib dah mula bercakap tentang “hung parliament.” Orang umno sendiri sudah tak yakin kemampuan mereka untuk bertahan.
Kalau mengikut mood rakyat, memang Umno dan BN akan tumbang. Tapi apakah Umno dan BN akan menyerah begitu saja? Najib dah kata, Umno akan mempertahankan Putrajaya hingga ketitisan darah yang terakhir.
Aku tak percaya cakap Najib sebab dalam sejarah pemerintah yang digulingkan, semua pemimpin tinggi akan lari keluar negara bila kalah. Saddam Hussein pun menyorok. Tapi sebelum kalah, mereka akan melakukan apa saja untuk terus berkuasa.Dan kalau mengikut apa yang berlaku sekarang..SPR sedang memperkemaskan operasinya untuk memastikan BN akan terus menang.
Semalam aku kata aku tak harap AJK Cabang untuk memantau SPR. Habih sapa?
Semasa pelancaran Jom 100 oleh BERSIH di Ipoh baru-baru ini, Ambiga mensasarkan 100% pengundi keluar mengundi. Aku cakap kat Ambiga, aku tak akan terkejut kalau sasaranya tercapai. Malah aku menjangkakan bahawa dikebanyakan tempat, jumlah pengundi yang akan keluar mengundi mungkin lebih dari 100%.
Dalam pilihanraya ini juga nanti, jumlah warga Bangla dan Indon yang keluar mengundi mungkin lebih dari pengundi Melayu di luar bandar.
Dalam pilihanraya ini juga nanti, jumlah pengundi pos akan meningkat entah berapa puluh peratus. Semalam saja, Dr. Hatta Ramli mendedahkan petugas SPR yang akan mengundi secara pos berjumlah 240,000 orang. Bahagi dengan 222 kawasan Parlimen..ada 1086 pengundi pos SPR. Itu belum masuk undi pos tentera, polis, rela dan wataniah.
Apabila Najib mengumumkan pembubaran Parlimen, SPR akan mengeluarkan satu Daftar Pemilih Induk untuk digunakan semasa pilihanraya. Daftar Pemilih ini akan dikeluarkan beberapa hari sebelum Penamaan Calon dan hanya beberapa hari sebelum hari mengundi.
Siapakah yang akan meneliti kesahihan hampir 14 juta pengundi-pengundi ini? Berapa orangkah petugas yang diperlukan untuk meneliti Daftar Pemilih ini? Siapakah orang-orang itu?
Bila diumumkan pilihanraya, yang nak jadi calon akan berebut jadi calon. Yang tak dapat jadi calon akan merajuk..silap-silap tutup bilik gerakan. Yang dapat jadi calon terpaksa mula berkempen. Petugas akan sibuk mengadakan ceramah, merayu undi, mengedar risalah, gantung bendera dan poster.
Sapa nak meneliti Daftar Pemilih? Siapa yang nak mencari bukti bahawa Daftar Pemilih penuh dengan penipuan?
Kalau nak tunggu lepas pilihanraya…dan nak komplen bila dah kalah…tak main la.
Rakyat perlu diberitahu tentang penipuan dan penyelewengan sebelum pengundian dijalankan ataupun sebelum keputusan diumumkan.
Cukup dengan menyalahkan orang lain. Esok kita kena bincang…Apakah kemungkinan yang akan berlaku dalam PRU 13 nanti dan apa yang kita sendiri boleh buat?
